Frequently Asked Questions

I can’t decide what branded merchandise I need, can you help?

Yes of course! We are always happy to work with customers to understand their requirements and offer suggestions.

What does MOQ mean?

Minimum order quantity. Most products state an MOQ, even if it’s just 1. We use a range of suppliers, with some supplying the same/similar products, so if you need a particular product but the MOQ is too high we can investigate other suppliers to try and get a lower MOQ.

How does the order process work?

Let us know what you want and how you need it branded and we will provide you with an official quote.

When you’re ready to place your order we will provide you with an order acknowledgement confirming all the details of your order. At the time of ordering we will need you to supply your purchase order number (if you use these) and print ready artwork.

If you are unable to supply print ready artwork we can do this for you and can supply an artwork cost at the quoting stage. We will supply you with a proof, and you can still make amends at this stage.

Once we have checked your supplied artwork, or you have approved the proof we have created for you, we will then place the order with our supplier. Within 24-48 hours you will receive a pre-production proof for your final approval. Once the proof is approved the job will go into the production schedule and we will have an anticipated delivery date.

When your order has been delivered we will send you the invoice, unless you don’t have a credit account in which case you will have paid up front.

Do I need a purchase order to place an order?

That entirely depends on your organisation. Some organisations use this system and some don’t. Organisations that do use purchase orders will not pay invoices unless they state the PO number so in this instance we are unable to deliver the goods unless we have the PO number.

How do you need the artwork supplied?

We need artwork supplied as either a high res editable PDF or eps file, with all fonts converted to outlines and images embedded. Pantone references are also ideal. If you have any questions on this just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help. We can also supply logo re-draws if required, prices from £25 + vat.

What is Origination?

Origination, or Set Up, as it’s sometimes called, refers to the cost involved in preparing your order for decoration. This can be creating the disc for embroidery, making a die for embossing, or a screen for screen printing.  If you’re re-ordering an item you’ve had previously and there are no artwork amends you will either pay no origination charge or a reduced origination charge as it’s a repeat.

Can you deliver to multiple locations?

Yes, we can deliver to any UK mainland address and if you require your order to be split and delivered to multiple locations just let us know and we will add the cost for multiple deliveries to your quote.

Will I see a proof?

If we’ve created the print ready artwork for you we will send you a visual to approve prior to placing the order with our supplier.

Approximately 24-48 hours after we’ve placed the order with our supplier we will receive a proof which will require your final approval.

Once you’ve approved the proof your job will go into the production schedule and we can confirm the anticipated delivery date.

Can I change/cancel my order?

You can cancel/change your order right up until the final proof is approved. Any amends to artwork at this stage will be chargeable. Once the products have been decorated with your branding we are unable to accept any amends or cancellations.

How do I pay?

If you have a credit account with us we will send you the invoice once the order has been delivered. You have 30 days from the invoice date to pay the invoice. Our bank details will be on our invoice for BACS payments, alternatively you can ring the office and pay for credit card.

If you don’t have a credit account with us we will issue you with a pro forma invoice at the point of ordering. Our bank details will be on our pro forma invoice for BACS payments, however you can also call the office and pay by credit card.
